Terms and conditions
1. The promotion is a free prize draw, which is open to anyone collecting an offer card in Newcastle City Centre between 3 November 2008 and 19th December 2008. You must correctly enter your name, age, county, email and unique code (found on card) at www.ne1fornewcastle.co.uk

2. There will be six draws made between Friday 14th November and Friday 19th December 2008. All on-line entries submitted up to midnight the night before the draw will be entered into the draw. Any submissions made after this time will be considered for the following draw. Any entries received after midnight on18th December 2008 will not be considered.

3. No purchase is necessary.

4. Entries are limited to one draw per person.

5. The prize is £250 in cash for the first entry of each draw drawn at random. There is no second prize. There are no alternatives offered for these prizes.

6. The prize draw is only open to people aged over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom.

7. The prize draw is not open to employees of the City Centre Partnership, their families, agents or affiliates or anyone associated with this draw.

9. The winner will be selected at random on the draw date by an independent person. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw taking place. The winning participant will then have to collect their prize within 7 days after notification.

10. If the winning participant is not contactable, or does not collect their prize within 7 days City Centre Partnership Limited reserves the right to reallocate the prizes awarded to the next randomly drawn entry or to forfeit the prize.

11. City Centre Partnership Limited cannot accept responsibility for the loss of entries through technical fault. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of receipt.

12. The judges’ decision is final in every situation, including any not covered here, and no correspondence will be entered in to.

13. The name and county of the winners will be available on the website www.ne1fornewcastle.co.uk or by sending an SAE to the address shown above.

14. By entering our free prize draw you agree to receive further information from City Centre Partnership regarding promotions provided by businesses within Newcastle City Centre. You also agree to allowing your name and county of residence to be published on the www.ne1fornewcastle.co.uk website or used for other related marketing purposes should you be the successful participant.

15. You may be asked to participate in promotional activity when collecting your prize.

16. Entry into the draw is deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and that entrants agree to abide by these rules. No correspondence will be entered in to.

17. We reserve the right to alter or amend these rules at any time without prior notice.

18. City Centre Partnership Limited will not under any circumstances pass your personal details on to any other organisation without your permission first, except for the purpose of awarding your prize if necessary.
